A present for YOU

Yes. I am giving away one of my hand knit necklaces (beaded or non-beaded) to one of my blog visitors. You have to do a little work for it though. :-)

I'm doing a little market research. I have some questions tossing around in my head like a lone sneaker in a clothes dryer. I'm hoping you can help me out.

1) Do you purchase hand knit and/or crocheted clothing and accessories for anyone in your family (yourself included)? Who?
2) Do you prefer to purchase something already made, or would you rather have a say in the design, colors, etc?
3) What appeals to you about handmade clothing and accessories that prompts you to purchase them over store-bought?
4) How much are you willing to spend on handmade knit and crochet - a)same as store-bought; b)a little more but not much more, or c)I expect that it'll cost quite a bit more, but am ok with that as it's handmade.

So there you go. I'll leave this up until th 25th (which is also the last day of my Etsy sale - hint, hint).

1) ONLY OCCASSIONALLY. WOULD BE FOR ME OR MY KIDS.
2) BOTH, LIKE TO SEE THINGS THAT ARE ALREADY MADE, BUT HAVE AN OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE!
3) USUALLY BETTER QUALITY. NOT SLAPPED TOGETHER IN SOME SHOP OVERSEAS.
4) B or C. REALLY DEPENDS ON THE ITEM I AM PURCHASING

1. I have in the past, hats/beanies for my daughter!

2. I like the designer to have free reign when it comes to crocheted items...perhaps just a little customization...

3. I agree with that it is usually of better quality...also like to support the handmade movement!

4. C
